Method
Mix all the ingredients one by one and knead into dough.
Keep it aside for 1 - 2 hrs.
Make big balls off the above dough.
Roll them out into slightly big & thick rounds.
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry well in oil.
Serve hot with chana masala.
