Method
- Peel and cut the mangoes into pieces and refrigerate.
- Peel the lychees, pit them and freeze.
- Put the mango pieces in a blender/smoothie maker.
- Add lychees, sugar, honey and blend.
- Add yogurt, ice cubes and blend again.
- Serve in tall glasses.
Ingredients:
4 - ripe mangoes
2 cups - yogurt
16 - lychees
1/4 cup - sugar
2 tbsp - honey
Ice cubes as required
