Mango yogurt smoothie

Method
  1. Peel and cut the mangoes into pieces and refrigerate.
  2. Peel the lychees, pit them and freeze.
  3. Put the mango pieces in a blender/smoothie maker.
  4. Add lychees, sugar, honey and blend.
  5. Add yogurt, ice cubes and blend again.
  6. Serve in tall glasses.
Ingredients:
4 - ripe mangoes
2 cups - yogurt
16 - lychees
1/4 cup - sugar
2 tbsp - honey
Ice cubes as required
