Method
- Peel and chop the beetroot into small pieces.
- Soak these pieces in 3 cups of water for 15 min.
- The water turns red.
- Strain this red water and add it to the curd
- Add salt, chaat masala and coriander leaves to the curd and water mixture.
- Mix well with the hand mixer
- The buttermilk is ready.

2 - raw beetroot
salt as per taste
1 tsp - chaat masala
1 cup - coriander leaves
