Method
Soak chanadal for one hour and boil in enough water till it is soft.
Drain excess water and dry this dal on a cotton cloth for one hour.
Grind the above dal to a fine powder in a mixer.
Grind Sugar.
Grate or grind jaggery.
Add sugar, jaggery and cardamom powder in the chanadal powder and mix well.
Seive maida and wheat flour together.
Add 2 table spoons of oil and mix well .
Then add enough water and make soft dough and keep it aside covered with a wet cloth.
Make big lemon sized balls of the chanadal mixture and keep.
Take big lemon sized dough and stuff one chanadal ball in it and make a paratha of it using dry atta or maida.
Now shallow fry on a tawa using oil all over the paratha.
Apply one teaspoon of ghee all over the paratha just before eating.
