Carrot orange frappe

Method
  1. Place carrot juice, orange juice, lemon juice, honey and crushed ice in a shaker.
  2. Shake well to blend.
  3. Pour into tall glasses and serve, decorated with mint leaves and a lemon slice fixed onto the rim of each glass.
  4. A refreshing fruit and vegetable beverage.

2&2/3 cups - carrot juice, chilled
1&1/3 cups - orange juice, chilled
2 tsp - lemon juice
4 tbsp - honey
Crushed ice as required
1 - lemon, sliced
5-6 - fresh mint leaves
