Method
  1. Soak the chana dal and urad dal for 7 to 8 hrs
  2. Remove from water and crush it in the mixer
  3. Add spices, salt, soda bicarb
  4. Mix well add the mint leaves onion and green chilli pcs.
  5. Make round vada and deep fry it
  6. Enjoy with curd
Ingredients:
100 gms. chana dal
100 gms.whole urad dal
1 green chilli
1 cup mint leaves
1 onion
Salt as per taste
A pinch of soda bicarb
1 tsp. coriander cumin powder
A pinch of rock salt
1 tsp.Aamchur powder
Oil for frying
