Method
  1. In a mixing bowl, put in the boiled peas.
  2. Ensure that all the water has been drained out.
  3. Add finely chopped onions, tomato, potatoes and green chilli.
  4. Sprinkle all the dry spices evenly which is the red chilli powder and chaat masala and salt to taste.
  5. Squeeze in the lime juice and give all the ingredients a good mix.
  6. Take a serving plate. Lay the papdi puris and crush them flat with your palm.
  7. Evenly spread the boiled peas mixture on the papdis in a layer.
  8. Garnish with sev and coriander/cilantro leaves.
  9. Tasty green peas snack is ready.

Note: this is a dry version of masala puri without the chutneys and gravy. If you don`t have papdi puris, you can make the snack without it, following the same process and it would taste just as good.
