Paneer cutlets

Method
  1. Mix the paneer, potato, corn flour, salt and chilli powder.
  2. Shape the mixture into cutlets.
  3. Make a thick paste of the maida.
  4. Dip the cutlets in the maida paste, roll them in the bread crumbs and deep fry in oil.
  5. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
1 cup - grated paneer
2 cups - boiled potato
1 tbsp - cornflour
1 tsp - chilli powder
1 tbsp - maida
1 cup - bread crumbs
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
