Method
Mix the paneer, potato, corn flour, salt and chilli powder.
Shape the mixture into cutlets.
Make a thick paste of the maida.
Dip the cutlets in the maida paste, roll them in the bread crumbs and deep fry in oil.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.

1 tbsp - cornflour
