Method
  1. Crush the peanuts in thick powder
  2. Mix the crushed peanuts, sago flour, saunf, khus khus, spices, salt, coriander leaves, lemon juice, sugar and salt and make small round balls.
  3. Deep fry and enjoy as `upvaas` vada.
Ingredients:
250 gms. peanuts
2 tsp. sago flour
A pinch of salt
1 tsp. saunf/fennel
1tsp. khus khus/poppy seeds
1 tsp cumin powder
1 red chillipowder
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp.lemon juice
1 cup coriander leaves
oil for frying
