Method
  1. Peel the potatoes and grate coarsely or slice them.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top and keep aside.
  3. Melt the butter in a large frying pan, add onions and saute till transparent.
  4. Add the green chillies, cheese and panner and cook on the low flame for a few seconds.
  5. Spread these potatoes on the mixture in the pan.
  6. Cook until crisp and brown on the underside.
  7. Loosen around the edges with a knife.
  8. Invert and remove from pan in one piece.
  9. Cut into wedges and serve hot.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup - paneer/cottate cheese (grated)
3 - potatoes, medium sized (parbolied)
1/2 cup - onions (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp - green chilles
3/4 cup - cheese (grated)
2 tbsp - butter
Salt and pepper to taste
