Spinach vada

Method
  1. Wash and cut spinach and methi leaves.
  2. Take a bowl add the multigrain flour add the methi spinach leaves.
  3. Mix curd, salt, sugar, spices, chilli, coriander leaves together with some water if required.
  4. Make small balls and deep fry it.
  5. Enjoy with any chutney.
Ingredients:
100 gms. methi leaves
100 gms.spinach leaves
1 tbsp.curd
1 tsp. sugar
50 gms. multigrain flour
1 green chilli
1 cup coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp.red chilli powder
1 tsp. coriander cumin powder
1 tsp. chaat masala
Oil for frying
