Tofu Cutlet

Method
  1. Immerse the bread slices in water and squeeze the water and crumble them.
  2. Add grated tofu and the other ingredients.
  3. Make small cutlets of the mixture and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Make a thick mixture of maida.
  5. Dip the cutlets in the maida paste and deep fry in oil.
Ingredients:
1 cup - Grated Tofu
2 slices - Bread
1/2 tsp - Finely Chopped Green Chilli
1/2 tsp - Ginger paste
1/2 tsp - Garlic paste
1/2 cup - Maida
Salt to Taste
Oil to Fry
