Method
Take a thick-bottomed pan and mix curds, water, chilli paste, jeera and salt.
Mix well and leave it on a low flame for about 5-6 minites.
When it starts boiling, add the rice flour and stir.
Leave for 2 minutes and move the mixture to a mixing bowl.
Apply some oil on your palm and make a dough.
Make small rings of this dough and deep fry till golden brown and serve hot.

1 cup - curds (1 day old)
2 tsp - chilli paste
1 tsp - jeera
