Method
  1. Boil the potatoes.
  2. Peel off the skin and mash them.
  3. Mix all the ingredients.
  4. Add a little water and make small pakodas and deep fry them.
  5. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
1 cup - maida
1 cup - rice flour
3 - potato
1 tsp - chilli powder
1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
salt to taste
oil to fry
