Saboodhana Vada

Method
  1. Soak the saboodhana in water and keep it for 2 hours.
  2. Boil and mash the potatoes.
  3. Add the other ingredients and make thin vadas of the mixture and deep fry in oil.
  4. Serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney.
Ingredients:
1 cup - saboodhana
2 - potato
1 tsp - finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
1/2 cup - finely chopped onion
salt to taste
oil to fry
