  1. Mix all the ingredients and blend them in a mixer.
  2. Almonds are an excellent source of fiber, vitamin E, zinc, selenium, copper, potassium, phosphorus, biotin, riboflavin, niacin and iron.
  3. They are the most nutritious of all nuts. Almonds help regulate blood pressure.
Ingredients:
soaked almonds - 1 cup
soaked cashews - 4
saffron - 1/4 tsp
boiled milk - 1/2 litre
sugar - 1/2 cup
milkmaid - 1/4 cup
