Method
  1. Boil and mash the potatoes.
  2. Boil the peas and grind it coarsely in a mixer.
  3. Add cheese, green chillies and salt.
  4. Make small balls of the mixture.
  5. Make a paste of the maida.
  6. Dip the balls in the maida, roll it in the vermicelli and deep fry in oil.
  7. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
2 - potatoes
1 cup - green peas
1/2 cup - grated cheese
1/2 tsp - finely chopped green chillies
1 tbsp - maida
1 cup - roasted vermicelli
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
