Ingredients:
3 cups - finely chopped coriander leaves
1/2 cup - finely chopped pudina leaves
2 cups - besan (chickpea flour)
A handful of rice or corn flour
1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp - red chilli powder
Turmeric powder a pinch
1 tsp - dhania powder
1/2 tsp - ajwain seeds (omam)
1 tbsp - oil
A big pinch of cooking soda
Salt to taste
