Method
- Puree the chef's dressing and cottage cheese in a blender and blend.
- Rub through a fine sieve.
- Add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- For Chef's dressing - combine all ingredients shake well.

1/2 cup - tomato sauce
1/2 cup - salad oil
1/4 cup - vinegar
