Method
Fry rice till it is warm.
Powder to a suji or rava consistency.
Heat oil in a heavy-bottom vessel or pressure pan
Put in all the ingredients one by one and add broken rice and fry for 2 min.
Add boiling water to the rice and cover for 5-7 min.
Take water in vessel, wet your hand
Take upma in your hand and make a ball of it
Press in a finger to make a hole.
Put these balls in an idli mould and steam for 10 minutes.
Serve hot with coconut chutney.

2 cup - rice
2 tbsp - oil
1 tbsp - sesame seeds
1 tbsp - urad dal
1 tbsp - cumin seeds
4-5 - red chilli (finely chopped)
Turmeric powder, a pinch
4-5 - curry leaves
Salt to taste
Jaggery to taste
5 cups - boiled water
