Method
  1. Mix the gram flour with water and make a thick batter.
  2. Make syrup – one thread consistency – out of sugar and add powdered cardamoms. Sieve the batter through a boondi jhari and fry the boondis.
  3. Add them to the syrup as you fry. While it is warm, add the fried raisins.
  4. Makes round ladoos.
Ingredients:
3 cups very fine gram flour
2 cups sugar
3 cardamoms, powdered
1 tbsp. raisins
Ghee for frying
