Method
- Blend custard powder with a little milk.
- Stir the creamed mixture into the rest of the milk.
- Heat while stirring till the custard boils.
- Boil for 3 minutes. Add sugar.
- Beat instant coffee powder smoothly into the condensed milk.
- Add to the custard.
- Stir well. Add butter.
- Pour into individual bowls.
- Chill and serve.
Ingredients:
3 tsp - vanilla custard powder
1/2 litre - milk
4 tbsp - sugar
3 tsp - instant coffee powder
2 tbsp - condensed milk or milk or cream
25g - butter
