Method
  1. Crumble the sweet pedas thoroughly without any lumps.
  2. Keep it aside. Now take a bowl and put maida and a pinch of salt and mix well.
  3. Add a spoonfull of hot ghee. Knead it nicely adding water.
  4. Let it be little hard and not very soft.
  5. Take a marble size dough and roll it twice to make it flat.
  6. Then place a spoonfull of crumbled pedas in the centre and bring all the side together to form a ball.
  7. Slightly flour the rolling board and roll it into a small puris.
  8. Heat the oil and fry the puris one by one.
Ingredients:
100 g - sweet peda/burfi
100 g - maida
1 tsp - ghee
Salt, one pinch
Oil to fry
