Method
- Heat ghee in a heavy frying pan.
- Add ragi flour and rawa, cook on low heat, stirring constantly.
- Flour is done when it changes to a dark brown colour, ghee separates.
- Allow to cool to room temperature.
- Add cardamom, sugar to flour.
- Shape into laddoo of desired sizes.
- Cool completely.
- Store in airtight container.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup - ragi flour
3/4 cup - ghee
1 tsp - rawa
1 cup - sugar ground
1 tsp - cardamom powder
