Method
- Heat malai and let it melt.
- Make chashni of sugar and water with 2 to 3 boils.
- Keep stirring malai for 5 minutes.
- Now add atta little at a time. Go on stirring till it starts laving sides.
- Let it cook till it becomes maroon in color. Do not lave in between.
- Now add boiling syrup and cook till it leave sides and leaves ghee.
- Shift in bowl and decorate with dry fruit.

200 g - sugar
150 g - atta
400 ml - water
1/2 tsp - ilaichi powder
2 tbsp - dry fruits, chopped
