Method
  1. Heat malai and let it melt.
  2. Make chashni of sugar and water with 2 to 3 boils.
  3. Keep stirring malai for 5 minutes.
  4. Now add atta little at a time. Go on stirring till it starts laving sides.
  5. Let it cook till it becomes maroon in color. Do not lave in between.
  6. Now add boiling syrup and cook till it leave sides and leaves ghee.
  7. Shift in bowl and decorate with dry fruit.
Ingredients:
250 g - malai
200 g - sugar
150 g - atta
400 ml - water
1/2 tsp - ilaichi powder
2 tbsp - dry fruits, chopped
