Method
Mix carnation milk powder with the pancake mix using the heavy cream to make a soft dough
Use the dough to make about 20-40 round balls.
Gently roll the dough between your palms using a little ghee to make the balls.
Using enough oil to deep fry(first heat on high and then reduce flame to medium)gently slip the balls into the oil of the frying pan.
The balls should be fried very slowly in medium flame[the balls should be golden color.
Mix the 4 cups of suger to 2 cups of water and heat at mediam flame until suger gets dissolued in water. Keep the flame very low.
Add the fried jamun directly into the syrap.
Boil the syrap for just 2 or 3 mintue in medium flame. Add the cardamon powder.
Try this and you will be pleased with the resalt.
