30-minute cauliflower kurma

Method
  1. Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the chopped onion, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chilli and saute for a while.
  3. Add the cauliflower, french beans, carrot, green peas, salt, 1/2 cup of milk and 1/4 cup of water.
  4. Cover and cook till the vegetables are tender.
  5. Add the remaining milk and garam masala.
  6. Cook for another 5 mins and serve hot garnished with chopped coriander.
Ingredients:
200g - cauliflower florets
100g - french beans
1 - carrot
100d - green peas
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 - onions
2 cloves
1 stick cinnamon
1 cardamom
1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
2 green chillies
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 tbsp - ghee
Salt to taste
1 sprig coriander for garnishing
