Method
  1. Pressure cook potatoes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add chopped onions and green chillies and stir fry them.
  4. Add turmeric powder and salt.
  5. Add all vegetables and water as required.
  6. If you want it dry, do not add water.
  7. Serve with rice or rotis.

Tip: Following is the easiest way of boiling potatoes. Pressure cook whole unpeeled, unwashed potatoes with enough water. After boiling, remove all remaining water from the cooker. Fill cooker with cold water. Keep it for two minutes to cool down.

Ingredients:
3 cups - Frozen vegetables mix (green peas, corn, carrot, beans)
2 - potatoes
1 - onion
4 - green chillies
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
1 tsp - salt
Oil as required
