Method
- Cut the beans and carrot into thin long pieces and boil them.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadai and sauté the onions.
- Add the tomato and ginger garlic paste.
- When the tomatoes are cooked, add the beans and carrot.
- Add chilli powder and salt and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot with rice.
- This can be used as a side dish for rotis and dosa.
Ingredients:
1/2 Kg - beans
1/2 Kg - carrot
1 cup - finely sliced onion
1 cup - finely cut tomato
1 tsp - chilli powder
1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
