Method
  1. Cut the beans and carrot into thin long pieces and boil them.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadai and sauté the onions.
  3. Add the tomato and ginger garlic paste.
  4. When the tomatoes are cooked, add the beans and carrot.
  5. Add chilli powder and salt and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot with rice.
  6. This can be used as a side dish for rotis and dosa.
Ingredients:
1/2 Kg - beans
1/2 Kg - carrot
1 cup - finely sliced onion
1 cup - finely cut tomato
1 tsp - chilli powder
1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
