Method
  1. Cut wash the green methi leaves.
  2. Put a pan on the fire put little oil in it roast the besan and remove it in a plate.
  3. Then put oil in the pan put chopped onions
  4. When the onions turn golden put in tomatoes and masalas fry for a while then pour the green veg. Cover it.
  5. When the veg is half done put in the roasted besan and cook for a while.
Ingredients:
1 - bundle of green methi vegetable
2 tbsp - besan (gram flour)
1 - onion
1 - tomato
1/2 tsp - salt
1/2 tsp - coriander powder
1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
