Method
  1. Boil dal, coriander leaves and palak together after cleaning them.
  2. While boiling put in salt and turmeric powder
  3. Everything will be cooked in half an hour; can be pressure cooked also.
  4. When cooked just mash it lightly
  5. Heat a teaspoon of oil in a kadhai; put in cumin seeds
  6. When they start crackling put in the whole red chillies and the mixture of dal and palak.
  7. Enjoy it with rice or rotis
Ingredients:
1 cup - split green moong daal
One bunch palak
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp - cumin seed
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
4 to 5 - whole red chilli
1 cup - coriander leaves
1 tsp - oil for seasoning
