Snake Gourd Puttu

Method
  1. Heat oil in a kadai and saute onions.
  2. Add the green chilli and snake gourd (pudalangaai) and fry them for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the required salt. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  4. Serve hot with rice.
Ingredients:
2 cups - finely sliced snake gourd
1 cup - finely Sliced onion
1/2 cup - finely sliced coriander leaves
1 tsp - finely sliced green chilli
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
