Method
  1. Mix the flours with salt and the onion mixture along with 1 tbsp oil
  2. Knead into dough using warm water or the koki will crumble
  3. Make small balls, roll out into chappati
  4. Cook on tava applying ghee, butter or oil
  5. Enjoy with pickles
Ingredients:
1 cup - rice flour
1/2 cup - besan flour
1/2 cup - roasted rava
1 cup - mixture of chopped onion, coriander and green chilli
Salt as per taste
Oil for cooking
