Method
- Mix the flours with salt and the onion mixture along with 1 tbsp oil
- Knead into dough using warm water or the koki will crumble
- Make small balls, roll out into chappati
- Cook on tava applying ghee, butter or oil
- Enjoy with pickles
Ingredients:
1 cup - rice flour
1/2 cup - besan flour
1/2 cup - roasted rava
1 cup - mixture of chopped onion, coriander and green chilli
Salt as per taste
Oil for cooking
