Method
  1. Soak the groundnut over night and the other dals an hour before cooking.
  2. Pressure cook all the dals.
  3. Chop onion and tomato.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and red chillies
  5. Add onion, tomato, salt and garlic and cooked dals.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup - tur dal
1/4 cup - moong dal
1/4 cup - groundnut (soak the groundnuts overnight)
10 pods - garlic
2 tsp - ginger, chopped
6-8 - red chilli
Salt to taste
1 - onion
1 tsp - mustard
1 - tomato
Coriander leaves
2 tsp - oil
