Method
  1. Grind tomatoes.
  2. Filter the paste so that seeds and skin gets strained.
  3. Add cumin-pepper powder, chopped green chillies, garlic to the strained juice of tomato.
  4. Bring to a boil and add salt.
  5. Heat oil, season with mustard and methi seeds.
  6. Garnish with coriander and curry leaves.
  7. This goes well with hot steamed rice and potato fry.
Ingredients:
1/4 kg - tomatoes
1 tsp - cumin-pepper powder
3-4 - garlic flakes
2 - green chilly
1 tsp - chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp - curry leaves
1 tsp - oil
1/2 tsp - mustard
1/2 tsp - methi
