Method
Grind tomatoes.
Filter the paste so that seeds and skin gets strained.
Add cumin-pepper powder, chopped green chillies, garlic to the strained juice of tomato.
Bring to a boil and add salt.
Heat oil, season with mustard and methi seeds.
Garnish with coriander and curry leaves.
This goes well with hot steamed rice and potato fry.
