Method
  1. Remove the skin of raw banana
  2. Cut it into round shapes
  3. Cut the other vegetables with the skin into round shapes
  4. Marinate with all the spices
  5. Sprinkle besan flour on it
  6. Shallow fry it
  7. Garnish with peanuts and dal
  8. It can be enjoyed with snacks as a tikka or as a whole meal
Ingredients:
150g - brinjal
150g - potato
150g - raw banana
150g - white guord (doodhi)
Salt as per taste
Oil for cooking
2 tbsp - red chillipowder
1 tsp - turmeric powder
1 tsp - chaat masala
1 tbsp - beasan flour
Peanuts and chaana dal for decoration
