Method
Soak the rice for one hour.
Drain the water and allow the rice to dry on a cloth for half an hour.
Grind the rice in the blender.
Fry the urad dal in the kadai for 5 minutes till the raw smell disappears.
Grind it with pottukadalai.
Mix all the flours with butter, hing, cumin seed and salt with water to make a dough (like chappathi)
In the kadai heat oil.
Use a presser to make the murukku and fry in the oil.
