Corn and onion broth

Method
  1. Heat butter in a pressure cooker.
  2. Add garlic, onions, carrots and capsicums.
  3. Cook till transluscent.
  4. Add tomatoes and corn.
  5. Mix flour with milk-water mixture leaving no lumps and add to vegetables.
  6. Add salt and pepper and chilli powder.
  7. Cook covered for 10 mins.
  8. When blended, serve topped with cream.
Ingredients:
3 spring onions, chopped
1 carrot, grated
1 capsicum, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
½ tsp. garlic paste
2 tbsp. flour (maida), roasted in a little butter
5 cups milk and water mixed half and half
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup corn, cooked
½ tsp. chilli powder
1 tbsp. cream
Salt and pepper to taste
