Method
Take milk and chopped corn in a heavy base kadhai / deep saucepan and bring it to boil.
Cook over medium heat until the milk dries up. Keep stirring the mixture occasionally to prevent any sticking.
Add sugar, cardamom powder and ΒΌ cup of dry fruits and stir continuously for 5-7 mins.
Add ghee and mava. Stir well and fry on low heat until ghee starts separating.
Garnish with remaining dry fruits and serve hot.

200 gms. whole dried mava
2 cups sugar
