Method
- Grind all the ingredients except corn to paste.
- In a pressure cooker put it.
- When it is hot put the above masala.
- Stir the masala for just 5 min.
- Add the american corns (make 1 corn into 3 pcs).
- Put a glass of water to it.
- Cook it till 2 whistle comes and then off the flame.
- Serve hot with rice or roti
Ingredients:
2 - american corn
1 inch - ginger
6 to 7 cloves - garlic
4 - green chilli and 1 red chilli
1/2 tsp - zeera
6 to 7 - kaju
