Method
Cut pineapple flesh into slices ann then cut into pieces.
Add sugar and keep on fire.
Cook till pineapple is tender but do not dry it.
Heat ghee, add cardamom seeds, mava and cook for 4 to 5 mins.
Now add cake crumbs.
Stir well and add in cooked pineapple.
Cook for 5 min then remove from fire.
Decorate with chopped glazed cherries and chopped nuts.

Ingredients:
1 big - pineapple
1 1/2 teacups - sugar
2 tbsp - ghee
8 to 10 - cardamoms
250 gm - mava
2 teacups - sponge cake crumbs
For Garnishing:
10 - 15 cherries, chopped
any nuts, broken into pieces
