Method
- Soak dal in cold water for 7-8 hours.
- Grind it finely.
- Stir until it becomes sticky and add ground aniseeds.
- Make baras and fry one by one in ghee.
- Dip them in syrup made by boiling the jaggery in 1 1/2
cups of water till well blended and syrupy.
Ingredients:
1 cup urad dal
1 cup jaggery
1 tsp. aniseeds
Ghee for frying
