Method
Blanch almonds in hot water for an hour.
Remove skin and make a paste using milk .
Mix some water to sugar and heat till it dissolves.
Add badam paste and cook till it becomes thick.
Add kesar and saffron, stir till it dissolves.
When the halwa sticks to the pan, add gee and cook till halwa consistency is reached.
