Method
Heat the oil in a kadai.
Add the mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
Add urad dal, Bengal gram dal, garlic, red chillies, asafoetida and saute for 1 minute.
Add the mint leaves and saute for another 2 minutes.
Add the tamarind paste to this and add salt.
Grind the mixture in a mixer.
