Palak Paneer

Method
  1. In a microproof deep bowl, put oil, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, green chillies, onion, 2 tsp coriander powder and garam masala powder and mix well.
  2. Microwave for 5 mins.
  3. Remove and to the same bowl add tomatoes, cleaned palak and kasoori methi. Mix well & microwave for 8 mins.
  4. Cool the palak & blend it with 1/2 cup water.
  5. Put this palak puree into the same microproof dish & add red chilli powder, paneer, salt, 1/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup water. Mix well & microwave for 5 mins.
  6. Serve hot.

Ingredients:
2 bundles - Palak/Spinach
200 gm - Paneer (cut into cubes)
2 nos - Onion (chopped) 5 - 6 nos - Garlic pods
1/2 inch piece - Ginger
1 no - Green chilly
1 tsp - Cumin seeds
2 tsp - Coriander powder
1 tsp - Garam masala powder
2 nos - Tomato chopped
1/2 tsp - Red chilli powder
1/4 cup - Milk
2 tbsp - Kasoori methi
1 tbsp - Oil
Salt as reqd
