Method
- In a kadai, pour 2 cups of water and boil it well.
- Add pasta and 1/2 teaspoon salt and cook it well.
- Keep it aside.
- Heat 3 tbsp of refined sunflower or vegetable oil in the kadai.
- Put garlic, onions, green chillies, vegetables without tomato, paneer, pepper and salt, fry it well.
- Add tomato and soya sauce, stir it well.
- Add the cooked pasta and mix it well.
- Serve hot!!!
Note: If required, add 1 tsp butter before serving.
