Method
- Wash and soak rice for 3-4 hours.
- Then grind the soaked rice in a mixer to make a fine paste.
- Add salt and water to this rice paste and make a thin batter.
- Keep this aside for 2 hours.
- Heat a dosa girdle and pour one ladleful of mixture and pour it.
- You could also tilt the girdle in all directions and allow the batter to spread thinly.
- When the dosa is cooked on one side flip it and heat it on the other side.
- Serve with coconut chutney.
