Method
  1. Wash and soak rice for 3-4 hours.
  2. Then grind the soaked rice in a mixer to make a fine paste.
  3. Add salt and water to this rice paste and make a thin batter.
  4. Keep this aside for 2 hours.
  5. Heat a dosa girdle and pour one ladleful of mixture and pour it.
  6. You could also tilt the girdle in all directions and allow the batter to spread thinly.
  7. When the dosa is cooked on one side flip it and heat it on the other side.
  8. Serve with coconut chutney.
Ingredients:
1 cup - rice
salt to taste
oil to shallow fry
