Pohe Ka Pulao

Method
  1. Wash the poha,drain out all the water.
  2. Take a pan and heat the oil.
  3. Put some curry leaves into the pan.
  4. When it splutters, then add onion and fry till light brown.
  5. Now add chopped ginger and garlic and fry for 1/2 sec.
  6. Then add all vegetables except tomato. Now add all the dry masala.
  7. Fry them well for a few minutes, then add tomato. Fry it well.
  8. When it is soft, add poha. Mix and cook few minutes.
  9. Garnish it with chopped dhania patta and serve hot with tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
3 cups - poha
1 - small sized potato
1 - small sized onion
1 - carrot
2 tbsp - oil
1/2 tsp - salt
1 tsp - sugar
1/2 tsp - haldi powder
1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
1/4 tsp - chaat masala
few cauliflower pieces
1 - small sized tomato
few curry leaves
few chopped dhania patta
few chopped cabbage leaves
1/2 tsp - chopped ginger
1/2 tsp - chopped garlic
