Method
  1. Clean and soak rice for half an hour while you chop the vegetables.
  2. Pressure cook rice.
  3. Heat oil and add cumin.
  4. Once it is brown, add the carrot, chopped chilli and ginger; stir fry with salt.
  5. Add the cooked rice and mix well.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander.

200g - rice
2 - green chilli
1/2 inch - ginger
1/4 tsp - cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp - oil
1/2 cup - grated carrot
1 tbsp - chopped coriander
1 tsp - oil
