Method
  1. Heat oil in a kadai and saute the onions.
  2. Add the tomato and capsicum.
  3. Now add a little water and the chilli powder and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with chapathis and dosas.
Ingredients:
2 cups - finely sliced capsicum
1 cup - finely sliced onion
1 cup - finely chopped tomato
1 tsp - finely chopped garlic
2 tsp - chilli powder
salt to taste
oil to fry
